Do I need to create an account to buy online?

No, you don’t need to create an account. However, during the online purchase, you are asked to fill out a form allowing us to have shipping information for the order.

Are there any delivery charges?

The delivery costs depend on the quantity (weight) of the products purchased. See more details here

What are the payment methods in store?

In addition to the existing online methods, a cash payment is also accepted in store.

What are the methods of payment online?

All credit cards listed on the payment page. It is also possible to pay in 4 installments without fees with Paybright or sezzle. In this case select Paybright or sezzle when placing the order.

What are the product lines available?

All product lines are presented in our website. Choose the item corresponding to your product in the menu.

Are all the products in store available online? available online?

No, there are products that are only available in stores for logistical reasons. For more details on all products available in store, contact us

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the destination of the product. After each purchase, the order is processed within 24 hours and you are notified of the shipping and delivery time which varies between 1 and 7 days in Canada. Delivery is made the same day in Quebec City for orders placed before 5pm, otherwise the next day.

Can we buy online and pick up in store?

Yes, it is possible to pay online and pick up in store. In this case this can be done without delay as soon as you receive the confirmation.

All our products are currently competitively priced. However, at each important event it may have additional discounts with promotional codes that will be displayed.

Is a product exchangeable or refundable?
