The online prices are the same as in our stores. With the exception of the days of promotions made separately.

These prices are subject to taxes according to Canadian standards; for purchases in Quebec, Quebec sales taxes (QST) and Canadian goods and services taxes (GST).

For purchases made outside of Quebec, but within Canada, taxes are applied according to the standards applied in the corresponding province.

Processing time

Orders placed online are processed within 1 to 2 days. For all online purchases, you will receive a payment confirmation with the delivery time and a tracking number for the package to be traced with Canada Post

Free delivery in Quebec City

Delivery is free in Quebec City. Do you see a shipping charge in your cart? No worries. You just have to fill in your information at the order level, once your Quebec address is registered, the system automatically sets the delivery to free. In addition, there may be a local flat rate, a small amount representing the shipping costs.the delivery time is within 24 hours in Quebec City.

Delivery elsewhere in Canada

The delivery time is between 3 to 7 business days in the rest of Canada.

Delivery fees depend on the weight of the product, its dimensions and the distance of the delivery point from our store at 390 rue du pont in Quebec City.

LaJosi Women’s Secret is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

Free shipping

Shipping is free for wigs and natural hair extensions and for all purchases of 300 CAD$ and more.

In-store pickup

We offer the possibility to pick up your order for free at our Quebec City store at 390 du pont street. Just mention “Pick up in store” in your order and enter a Quebec City address. Your order will be prepared within 24 hours. As soon as it is ready, you will receive a call or email to arrange a convenient time to pick up your order within our business hours.

Politique de garantie

We, LaJosi Women’s Secret, are not responsible for improper handling of hair coloring or fading at home as well as the misuse of any of our other products without the advice of a licensed professional. We suggest a visit to our store to receive advice from the specialist.

Politique de retour

You can return any of the following products to LaJosi Women’s Secret, for any reason, for a full refund (including return shipping costs, if the return is the result of our error) within 14 days following the delivery of your shipment with a discount coupon:

  • A cosmetic product that has been confused;
  • An unopened wig or any other hair (i.e. still in its original packaging);
  • A wig or any other hair whose size has been confused (note that the size of the hair is always mentioned on the package. You don’t have to open the package to see this);

The refund will be made in the same way as the purchase.

Back to the store

You can return your order free of charge to our store in Quebec City at 390 Bridge Street.

Return by mail

You can return your order by mail. Just write to us at contact@secretdefemmeslajosi.com and specify your order number. We will send you the procedure as well as a label to stick on the return package to be handed in at a Canada Post postal outlet. A $12 fee for the cost of the shipping label will be subtracted from the total amount of your refund if it is a voluntary refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the refund does not meet the established conditions.

Please note that we cannot accept refunds in the following cases

the product is already open;

certain cosmetic and hair care products;

the return is more than 14 days after delivery.

We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased online.
